In addition to the vineyards, Campo al Signore boasts the presence of various olive trees occupying an area of about four hectares. Plants can express themselves to the fullest offering fruit that is rich of natural aromas, not only thanks to the particular climate but also to the exceptional nature of the land.
The oil, obtained only from our olive trees that are between 20 and 200 years old, is cold pressed and bottled at the origin in a continuous cycle to ensure maximum quality and genuineness. We hand-pick the olives from mid-October to early November using nets. The oil we obtain is of the highest quality, both from an organoleptic point of view and in terms of taste. It is elegant and distinctive and it perfectly matches numerous types of dishes.
